My Journey

Rooted in Jain philosophy and spiritual tradition, my journey into healing began at a very young age. At just six, I discovered the transformative power of meditation and mindful cooking—tools that connected me deeply to my inner world. By twelve, I had received my first Reiki initiation, and soon after, I immersed myself in traditional ashram life to study yoga in its most authentic form. These early experiences laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to holistic wellness.

A pivotal chapter in my journey began a decade ago when I relocated to France. It was here, far from my cultural roots, that I began to truly understand the depth and value of the traditions I had grown up with. What once felt like ordinary practices — Ayurvedic routines, healing recipes, energy rituals — suddenly became vital tools for resilience. They helped me adapt to the French climate, maintain balance in a new environment, and stay healthy both physically and emotionally.

I founded the Health Management Club with the intention of weaving together ancient healing traditions and contemporary energy science. My practice is deeply rooted in an integrative philosophy: the body is an interconnected network of energy fields and frequencies. Disruptions — caused by stress, trauma, lifestyle, or environment — can lead to imbalances. My mission is to gently restore harmony, activate the body's innate healing mechanisms, and promote lasting wellness.
