This workshop invites you to explore the foundations of healthy, delicious, and balanced vegetarian cuisine. Through tasty and accessible recipes, you'll learn to cook simply and sustainably integrate a plant-based diet into your daily life, without complexity or confusion.
In a friendly and fully equipped setting, each participant prepares a first recipe from start to finish in their own workspace, guided by a structured and progressive approach. A second preparation is then carried out by Riddhi Shah, demonstrating another application of the same culinary system.
You leave with both creations ready to be enjoyed or shared with your loved ones. An apron and an insulated bag are also provided.
Menu: Comfort Bowl with melting lentils, fragrant rice and seasonal vegetables, Vegetarian Golden Curry with mild spices, Ruby-red yogurt, Crunchy toasted herbs, Chocolate-covered roasted nuts and Artisan bread.
Notes
This workshop is conducted in French, with consecutive translation available in English, Hindi, or Gujarati upon request.
Participation is reserved for adults aged 18 and above.
